The following flyer was distributed in Los angeles last week against Rabbi Union from the RCC aka Rabbinical Council Of California. Recently the RCC,namely Rabbi Union and Rabbi May have come under heavy criticism by the way they impose themselves in the community.They bully their way into every avenue where financial gain is achievable.This is acceptable in a capitalistic secular society that we live in where the "adage" goes by "life is all about making money",but un acceptable in a "rabbinic" setting where money can corrupt and has ultimately caused them to stray from the path of Torah. I know Rabbi Union and his bais Din very well, and on many occasions have rendered corruptive bais Din decisions. may he and the whole RCC(rabbi bess, rabbi sauer, rabbi goldenberg, rabbi may ) collapse. They are a disgrace to our Torah and its values. those that support them are supporting reshaim and will be held responsible on the day of reckoning.

Just came across your blog because I was so disgusted that The RCC charges for conversion to judaism. well, they call it an administrative fee. Lol. Rabbi Cohen in Beverly Hills charges about $5,000 per conversion. The RCC and the LA Beit Din charge about $600 each not including tutorials.
Did i miss something? when did judaism become a secret club? Who decides who is and who is not "jewish". If you have faith in God, pray, are circumcised, follow Torah, live Halacha, support Israel then you are jewish in my book. why do you have to pay to get the membership card? ugggh, Corruption
I had a case before RCC bet din headed by Union in which i sued a company for $2 Million. This corrupt Rabbi and his gang put every single halacha under their feet, and in spite of massive documents and evidence and whitnesses that i presented, while the defendant presented absolutely no documents whatsoever in his defense, and even after the hearing, defendant's lawyer congradulated my lawyers for winning the case.Yet, RCC ruled against me. Later on i submitted massive amount of NEW documents, and the list of 13 new people to testify, asking for a new hearing. union said that he is not hearing the case again and his decision is final. The defendants lawyer told my lawyer a year later tha he is still in shock that with RCC's ruling to their favor.I presented 3 letters from 3 Rabbis who studied the case, and each wrote to Union that his ruling is totally against Halacha and has no besis at all, and he needs to change his ruling based on such and such evidence. But Union did not even answer the letters.
just go ask the previous owners of le palais bakery what the rcc and union did to them ask them to show you the paper asking for $9000 a month cash deposited to the rcc account. these fuckers took the lively hood of four families for their gain the forced them to sell the bakery to themselves which they bought under someone elses name. Zargari and hakhamzadeh who are a part of the rcc are the real owners now.
The RCC are a bunch of thugs looking for money and power. They pervert Torah and halacha by not adhering to it, in the name of Torah! Thankfully, having gotten their asses kicked in the latest RCC Kashrut scandal with Doheny meats, whereas they did not personally take the blame for certifying the joint as kosher but rather fired a poor shmuck $13 an hour mashgiach as the fall guy in the matter. Union and Bess are corrupt as you can imagine - directly siding with their people and making decisions world shattering without listening to the other side before sitting down to a din torah and without impunity.
